ZAPA turns an industrial volume into an open, adaptable workspace defined by a continuous plywood system. The custom made elements organise function quietly, letting the space shift with its users.

A warehouse reimagined through a single material system: CNC-cut plywood that becomes structure, furniture, and storage. The space stays open; the wood organizes everything else.

The project is built around a modular plywood framework digitally fabricated, hand-assembled—capable of adapting to work, display, or storage while keeping the space open and usable.

The wooden components were developed through a full design to fabrication workflow: prototyping, refining, machining, and assembling every piece on site, turning the interior into a live exercise in digital craft.
